If you just order the controller from the products list is it a Slow OR Fast Jitter mode.

what state does the controller ship from.

I believe it comes with The Works installed on it by default which has both the slow and the fast jitter on it. If its not installed by default you can always go and download the driver from the drivers page and reprogram it with it.
