i received my replacement viking360 rf kits today. Just finished installing a sleeper and a duo mod. everything works great.

I am having problems with customer service. I have started 3 claim tickets and none have been answered. I am trying to get information on the controller I ordered. It has been 7 days and I have heard nothing from viking.

ok got my controller today after 11 days. But know it dont work like the instructions says it will. I need some help please call my cell 931-993-3543. The company needs to have a phone number where people dont have to wait for and email to be returned. I decided to go with the viking controller because of reviews I have read and the updateable features of the USB. But I am becoming very disappointed in the product. I need help

What is your controller doing? Did you look in the settings on the program to see if is on default setting or what you play on?
