Having trouble downloading macros

Please help, I've had this controller for approximately 3 months. Now that I've decided to use different macro sets, I can not get the macros downloaded and saved to my desktop folder (my macros) in the proper form. The folder is there and the file appears to be there, but when you open the my macros folder nothing happens and it does not transfer the macro to the controller buttons. I know that I have to import to the controller but in the past there has been a layout for the buttons before importing. I have extensively viewed the tutorials over and over and tried to follow them to the letter. Has any one else had an issue like this? Oh, and I have download and installed the newest firmware. Also what has happened to the (macro sets)? I'm speaking of the multiple set ups for a single game? Hope you guys will come up with some for MW3. Its awful convenient to just hit the tax switch and change to a new mode. Thanks in advance.

Okay, I see what you mean with the set ups. What would you like built for a setup?

Now on to your problem. Why can't you download a macro? What's the problem? Download the macro, save it to you folder on the desktop. Make sure you have the newest viking360 software found here. http://viking360.com/download-software-drivers/the-viking-software-record-and-playback-moves

Then open the macro set the same way you always have.
