having trouble placing order on website

I'm trying to order a controller on the website and can not complete the order. I believe i have registered correctly but every time i try to submit my order it states AVS error billing address does not match. I have double checked and everything is correct. Can you help me out on what i may be doing incorrectly. Thanks

It may be that your credit card is denying payment. Try buying a prepaid credit card at a local pharmacy, walmart, etc.

this means the billing address on your credit card does not match the ship to address. this is a security measure Viking has in place. correct the address, or buy a prepaid card.

We have just confirmed an issue with the VIKING360.com website and our UPS shipping interface. We will be working to resolve that issue as quickly as possible. UPS made some changes on their servers as of the first of the year, but failed to notify any of their customers (including us). We will be working as quickly as possible to make our interface compatible once again with the UPS servers.

Thank you. My girlfriend and I have both contacted our banks and everything is correct. I looked into the prepaid credit cards the only problem is that at the gas stations, walmart, ect. only come $50 or $100 and cost $5 for every $50 to activate. So if I went that way I would have to spend $20 just to make the purchase. Thank you for looking into the issues and I hope they resolve them. This controller is for my son and he is really excited to get it. Also in the future I want to upgrade to the controller that can be hooked up to the computer like the one my son wants. Again Thank You
