Help With Making Custom

So I'm trying to make a custom file for MW2 but I can't get it to turn on. What I mean is I save a file then program but no leds turn on.

sorry to but in fred, but the claim should probably go in tech support for the GUI beta

unfortunatly I have not downloaded or used the gui yet so I am unable to help other then point you in the right direction
