Help with Order Status

Hey guys, not sure if I posted this correctly, sorry if I didn't. But I have an issue when I tried ordering the Standard Black Viking 360 Controller, I entered my credentials and when I proceeded it said that my debit card Zip Code was incorrect, I checked my banking information and they have the incorrect Zip Code on file. I get to today and make a withdrawal and I had been charged for the 179.99 + 15.99 shipping, I was just wondering if I could talk to an admin. about my order any time soon since there isn't a phone number for contact purposes.

I'm not the head, but when you order, you give an e-mail. Then when you get an e-mail, your order had gone through. If you don't receive an e-mail, 99.9% of the time, your order didn't go through. Did you get an e-mail?

No luck in the Spam folder. ;/ just waiting on an email confirmation for my order now I guess. I'd like to talk to someone to get it straightened out, if at all possible :).

Sent them out, I'll wait until tomorrow to hear anything official because I read through the order processing information before actually ordering and it may just be because I ordered it over the weekend. But I got their phone number from my credit card statement and I'm gonna try giving them a call first thing tomorrow morning as well. ^.^

FYI (especially when using debit cards). If you are looking at an electronic statement, it may be a temporary authorization and the funds may not actually have been withdrawns. This is especially true with debit cards where the transaction fails due to an address mismatch. It can take your bank 3-5 days to release the authorization, even though our credit card processing gateway Authorize.net declined the transaction right away.

The shipping address you enter must 100% match your credit card's billing address or the transaction will fail.
