How do I delete an unused page in a Pack?

I made a pack.
I accidently clicked over an additional page more than I needed.
I did nothing with that page, NOTHING.
After uploading/downloading into controller it always cycles through the blank page when I selecting page on controller.

How do I delete these pages no longer or never were used without having to generate a new pack from scratch?

BTW I made this mistake in both directions, I have an additional unused page 10 and page 4. So my controller cycles through 5 pages.

Almost two months later and nothing, so do I assume that it is not possible?

I have the same, 1 extra page, never figured out how to remove it, just got used to scrolling past it.

There's no page delete button. Will have to add this to the feature request list. An oversight.
