How do I get my controller fixed

Controller works as a regular xbox controller!!! Will not go into programming mode lights do not come on any more I cannot use any macros will not register when plugged into computer has brand new batteries will not go into programming mode even if holding start well the controller is off will nott register with the viking software on cpu how do I get it fixed I have written a support ticket and had no response. I like my controller and would like it to start working again thank you

Support ticket is the best way to go. Hopefully you didn't flash it with the legacy rapidfire software because, as that page warns in large lettering, doing so will brick the controller.
