How long should a support ticket response take

I filed a support ticket explaing the problem they looked at my macro saying it is correct, and that its possibly my controller. Now i havnt heard from viking in 24 hours, would just like to know how long it should take for a response. I am getting alittle impatient because i bought a $200 mod and it doesnt work correctly.

Sorry for your issue.

Today is a national holiday, and it has been the weekend, so technically it hasn't even been one business day since your last ticket, so just be patient, you should get one on tuesday or wednesday.
