HOW TO post rune or pack to Public Forge?

I made an attempt to search the forums for how to post a rune or pack to Public Forge. I couldn't find anything referencing this in the forums or instructions in the limited time I have while working therefore I am asking here.

How do I post a rune or pack to Public Forge?

Open rune pack.....top right hand corner there is a picture of a lock. Click on the lock then it looks like the world and click save. You should see rune pack in library.

Globe/world icon = shared to public forge.
Lock icon = private to you only.

Ok, great thanks guys. I shared a rune/pack that helps those (like me) that have R stick auto vertical upward drift. Tested and works great for Destiny, Adv.Warfare, BO3 Beta so far.
