Are you talking about rapid fire speed? The video was in december of 2010, before many patches were made to further slow down speed.

Yes, there was one patch that came out in Spring 2011 that specifically lowered the speed cap. :-( This video was taken before the patch.

I'd have to search through the forums to figure out exactly which patch it was. It was a patch that came out shortly after the initial launch of the game.

3/1/11 and 1/27/11 it appears there were patches that may have affected the rapid-fire speed.

Also the first patch that came out after the initial launch.
