i hold the sync and xbox button down but it doesnt load it has a 3.5 mm jack and it is the one that is 169 dollars i think its odins raven is what its called im not sure

For the sleeper you hold down the sync and turn on the controller...For the duo(2 tact switches on back) you hold the right tact and power on the controller
