I need help

I have a thors hammer. I have the all in one preset mod on my controller right now. what do i do next i need help ya'll keep telling me stuff that i already know, and i do everything ya'll say and for some reason i mess up somewhere, somehow. please will someone just give me step by step instructions and no video or other links please i need some serious help here. Someone i can message through the message thing, someone that can tell me what i am doing wrong and right.

steps

1. hold sync and boot up the controller(UNCONNECTED FROM THE PC!!)
2. on the PC open HIDbootloader.exe OR viking flash
3.next plug your programing cable into the comuter(still UNCONNECTED FROM THE CONTROLLER)
4.plug the controller in
5if it says DEVICE ATTACHED continue if not post back.
6.if your using viking flash click open game. if your using HID bootloader click open hex file.
7.then click PROGRAM in ViikingFlash.and click PROGRAM/VERIFY if your using HIDbootloader
8.then click reboot in flash and reset device in HIDbootloader
THEN YOUR DONE!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
