if click on the viking digital site and go to support tab there should be videos for every controller explaining how to use them and what they have to offer

For the macro controller right? You simply put a macro set on the controller that has rapid-fire / jitter, etc - or make your own set. You assign macros to specific buttons. Tutorial videos here: http://viking360.com/support/video-tutorials

And if you have more problems / want more help I am here everyday to help.

how much memory do they have?

Macro controller has 1MB of memory, or something like that. Believe me though, it is way more than enough. I use .01% of the memory up to 10% MAX.

also how would i change modes ?

For the macro controller, you set a tac to change pages left to right.

I answered everything for the macro controller. The "Viking." If you are looking for a different controller, let me know.

sorry it took so long havn't been on in a day im looking at the "viking" macro controller it seems to be everything i need/want.
also i really like the fact that i can make a new macro everytime an update comes out so the controller itself will never get patched im just awaiting my tax refund probly some time between today- february 4 then ill be ordering. i downloaded the drivers from your website so i could play around with the timeline editor and actually get a good look at the button assighnment's i really think this is the controller for me. the only other question is do you offer and extended warranty say like a 1 yr for a extra $$$ if so how much would i be looking at ?

We do not currently offer an extended warranty. I asked odingalt to add one, but I'm not sure if he has. Please PM him and ask.

As far as drivers, you don't need to download any drivers. Just download the Viking360 software here: http://viking360.com/download-software-drivers/the-viking-software-record-and-playback-moves
