Inconsistent Jitter Mod

Right now I am using the Shakey Hands Mod from the COD4 downloads section. I have been playing MW2 and have noticed that when using this mod, when i fire my Famas or M16 it will sometimes fire bursts that are slower or faster then others, and sometimes fully automatic. Is this known to happen or is there a way to get around it?

Ive noticed this too.

Mostly when when the gun is near empty on ammo, when you are on your last clip it tends to shoot all crazy like.

Cant say i ever use that mode, and ive only noticed it doing any good with the striker.
