Is There Anyway I Can Change The Regular LEDs?

I dislike how the LEDs are red without any macros, is there a way I can change that? Like before I press any macros to change it, I want it to be light blue, is there a way to do it?

Yes, in the viking software, you'll see near the top 16 dots. The top-left dot is, I am assuming, red. Right click it and decide, between 16 colors, which color you want.
