Jitter

i have an issue with the jitters every one seems to catch at some point resulting in some bursts firing one bullet[these are not the major issue for me cause they work somwhat].so I sent in a support ticket when the temporay was up basicaly stating i was dissapointed in the unboxing of my product since the jitters seemed useless compared to the leagacy jitter modes [especially the stryker was terrible ]. i got a reply from the the viking staff saying that the stryker works better with the yy method and they havent added yet and emailed it to me.cause i have a 6month old controller that uses the xyy methods for the stryker and is 3x's as fast as this yy method. I dont want to sound like a baby but this hardly worked also and this all seems off topic but i saw that the library was up and there were no jitters are they fixing them?

you know you could always make your own macros, just play around and you will figure something out. thats the whole point of a user programmable controller

Actually Galen, its pretty hard to make jitter.
But going back to your question, jitter will be ready in the NEAR future. The controller WILL be much better than the legacy was. It just needs time to perfect, remove bugs, and get macros going.

I believe there were some jitter mods up before the current macro library..
I wasn't sure whether or not the different names of the jitter macros (M16, Famas, etc.) actually had varying timelines or not, but they didn't work well with the striker. I rememeber on the odin's raven, the jitter was incredible on the striker, now, it's not working that great.

I e-mailed it to you the very next day. Check your spam folder please (did you register a valid e-mail address with us or give us a bogus e-mail address?)

In any case, here are some improved versions of the jitter mod. I went out of town on vacation with my wife this weekend and saw this post, I just got back an hour ago and worked these up for you. These should better emulate the slow, medium and fast versions of the YY and XYY jitter mods from the legacy controllers.

Here are the original recommendations from M1A1xVIKINGxFTW, these recommendations still apply with the new macros:

M16 & Famas (Possibly Rafficas Aswell) - Y,Y Slow
Striker & M1014 - X,Y,Y Medium (or X,Y,Y fast)

Sometimes it depends on your connection quality and even which generation console you have, which one is the absolute best. On my console the X,Y,Y fast is better for the striker.

Give these a try please, there is definitely a big improvement on the striker using the attached files.

Attached to this post are the same macros, except set up for assignment to the tac switch, if you prefer to fire your jitter mod by hitting the tac switch instead of pulling the trigger.

In reply to Odingalt's posting of the jitter modes. I am a WAW player and tested these jitter macros. I tested these and found that all the jitter macros work for both the trigger and tact buttons. You will notice that the speed multiplier is set at 5.0 and I pushed the envelope to 10.0 with no problems. The jitter macros worked as they did for Thor and Raven ( I still have the Raven and matched the speeds). I am also going to test them in MW2 and Medal Of Honor.

i wasnt quite sure about the legitimacy of his offer . i for one never wanna achieve fanboy status being the co founder of a little modding team that decimated the xbox mw2 leaderboards mostly accuracy.but i could gladly make a v360 account and rep ;)
