You know how regular xbox wireless controllers can't connect to a PC with a Play and Charge Kit?... Well since this one is modded would I be able to use it to plug one of my regular wireless controllers to my computer to play Dead Island?

Sorry, this is a bit too unspecific. Yes, I do know how regular xbox wireless controllers can't connect to a PC with a Play and Charge Kit. But, what do you mean by "well since this one is modded." Which one? What controller?

And what is "it" use "it" to plug one of my regular wireless controllers?

??

I believe this works on wireless controllers: http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-Wireless-Gaming-Receiver-Windows-Pc/dp/B000HZFCT2

I know the Wireless Receiver works but could I use the play and charge kit I got with the controller to play games on my pc. I would be using my Viking Macro if that helps.

I dont think you can since you can only hook your controller up to your pc in programming mode.

Nope :-(. We never wrote the software to do that. I see what you mean. Basically instead of the controller going into programming mode (for uploading/downloading macros), you're talking about putting it into a special mode where it would talk to the PC. This is definitely possible, but we won't be doing it with our macro controllers.

(Funny you should mention this - we intended on doing something similar so the macro controller could talk directly to a PS3 console and be used this way, but ended up dropping that feature from the list in pre-development)

I was actually just in the process of setting up my PS3 Ragnarok controller to use on COD 4 on PC, which you can do without any sort of wireless addaptor. This is not a feature of the Ragnarok, all PS3 controllers can do it... Would anyone be interested in me trying to write a tutorial for it?
