when I download the preset for gears of war to the controller, led light 3 is on.

New feature for sleeper, LED3 indicated perfect active reloads, LED4 indicates rapidfire.
Quick rapidfire on/off: Hold left trigger and tap sync button to turn rapidfire on and off (LED4).
Quick perfect reload mode on/off': Hold right trigger and tap sync button to turn perfect reloads on and off (LED3).
Quick rapidfire on/off: Hold left trigger and tap sync button to turn rapidfire on and off (LED4).
Quick perfect reload mode on/off': Hold right trigger and tap sync button to turn perfect reloads on and off (LED3).
