I got a silver macro from a friend for Christmas, which didn't end up coming until the end of January. Yesterday the LEDs just stopped working. Put new batteries in still no lights come on. I went and bought another pack of energizer batteries today and still nothing with brand new batteries. Also tried to hook it up to come my pc in programming mode but no lights still... CAN ANYONE HELP OUT?

Make a support ticket. Let them know exactly what you told me. You may need to pay for shipping. The whole process at most takes 2 weeks! You should be all fixed up soon.

How do get an account?
Your account will automatically be created when you purchase our products.

I have one of your controllers, but I dont think I have an account.
You can reset your password here. If you still need assistance, contact our support department.

http://viking360.com/reset-password

Your new password will be emailed to the email address you gave us when you purchased your controller.

Put your email address in the form on this page and click “reset password”. You should receive an email containing your new password within a few minutes. If you don’t see it soon, try checking your spam or junk folder. Sometimes automated emails like resetting a password will get flagged as spam by your email provider. If you still need help, please contact our support department.

MAKE SURE THE E-MAIL IS THE ONE YOU GAVE WHEN YOU BOUGHT THE VIKING360.

OK, just noticed you got it from a friend. He is the original purchaser. He owns the warranty. He'll have to be the one who sends it back. You do not have the warranty.

-VIKING360 POLICY-

ONLY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER MAY SEND IN THE CONTROLLER FOR REPAIRS.

I cannot help you from here, nor can viking360.

FAQ:

Why is this the viking360 policy?

A: Because your "friend" could have destroyed the controller and then sent it to you. If we opened it up and saw the internals screwed up, we'd be shelling $200-$300 for a new controller that your friend could've broken and not you.

I'm sorry.

We are just trying to stop people under this situation:

Customer buys controller.
Customer opens controller and voids warranty.
Customer breaks mod trying to install his custom thumbsticks.
Customer sells/gives controller to unsuspecting friend.
Unsuspecting friend tries to mail in for warranty repair.

If you got a legitimate gift, please contact the gifter to get your support account details :).
