u guys should come out with purple led's. i think it would look sexy since your website is all purple

Purple LED's look good but they require I higher voltage than all the other LEDs so appears alot dimmer and if the battery is below half the Purple LEDs are barley visible..

Is that the same case for white led's?

White LEDs are fine as far as I'm aware of..

The purple ones do take a higher voltage to look good....probably due to them being UV led's.

We had purple for a while but had a customer who had their purple burn out. Never did diagnose the problem, but out of paranoia I discontinued selling purple and pink until I could find another supplier. It's written on a dry-erase board in my shop "look for new purple LED vendor" That was 3 months ago lol.

Did you try Unique LEDs? Or were they the ones that burned out?

BTW: where do you get your LEDs from?
