Left Stick Problems with Thor's Hammer

Hello. I bought the Thor's Hammer controller about a week ago, and recieved it 3 days ago.

First off I''d like to say, I really like my controller. Im just having a small problem with the Left Controller Stick. On MW2, I cant run and when typing messages I cant CAP. Letters.

I have tried erasing the downloaded driver from the controller, and re-installing it but there is still the same problem. Everything else on the controller works fine.

Any advice? Thank You.

Run the button test code driver under the hammer driver download section and post the results.

Im still having the same problem. is there anyway I could send it in to get it fixed?

I believe I throw away the box and all papers.

Well, he's basically saying OD, that his left thumb stick click doesn't work.

Easier to confirm if issues are software or hardware based by running the button test code and posting results. You'd be surprised how few tech tickets actually result in controllers being returned to the shop. Most common causes of problems are: misunderstanding of the game driver, and using near-dead batteries. Not saying we don't ever have returns, because we do. But we try to do as much diagnosis before the customer sends the controller back because we've wasted a lot of time and money on shipping perfectly good controllers back and forth through the mail.

Yes Sir. I understand, Ill run the Button Test Code again today and post the results.

But I can confirm that the batteries are new, and brand name.
