yeah just download winrar onto your Windows(bootcamp) desktop and you'll be good.

I don't know if anyone has verified if the flashing utility works with Bootcamp, but would appreciate anybody who has access to it and a controller and could give it a try

Flashing Utility works in Boot Camp also the custom preset editor works.
