Mod doesnt connect to computer

I downloaded the button test code for my Thors Hammer and now it doesnt mod so i tried to download a modern warfare 2 driver and i plugged my PNC cable into my computer and my mods 3rd led keeps flashing and my mod isnt connecting to the thing to download a driver. it was working fine a day ago

Are you putting the controller into boot mode first?. This is done by holding down the sync button then powering on controller, then connecting the pnc.
