My controller is useless (almost)

Purchased mine on March 3rd of this year. In just under 5 months it is already malfunctioning. When I was playing I noticed the lights on the controller were not on, tried scrolling through macros and couldn't, tried changing batteries, that didn't work, can't connect it to the viking software anymore. It basically functions as a regular $200 x-box controller with no lights. Any ideas or suggestions on how I can get this fixed? It's kind of left a bad taste in my mouth if you know what I mean, considering the amount of money I spent on it.

So when you put FRESH AA batteries in it, no LEDs turn on but the xbox 360 does? If LEDs come on, I can help you. If they do not, make a support ticket here. http://viking360.com/support/support-tickets

If you tampered with your controller at all (opened it, dropped it etc, spilled soda on it, painted it etc) we cannot help you. If you took good care of your controller, we can help you.
