okay,

yesterday my raven arrived and offcourse i tested it out and love it. Mostly been using the auto hold breath sniper mod. Discovered that this also works on a FAL with thermal.

must say that all the functions are not yet clear to me, but that's because there are so many :mrgreen:

So i got an idea.
because it not totally clear for new users like me and it's therefore recommended to come to this forum, it would be great to create a sticky here with all the vikings and the functions and also we as users can posts other possibillities like i did with the fal and thermal. kind of a tutorial but with jus a little bit info then the website.

I also know that administrating a forum is a lot of work.

So what do you guys (girls) think of the idea, or does this allready exist and i jus did not find it yet. :roll:

oh yeah, one more thing, English is not my native language so excuse me if i make grammar mistakes or something like that :mrgreen:

It's a good idea, and I couldn't tell English isn't your first language

For the pre-set driver's there is a instruction sheet of each mode it contains and how to use it.

But if you are on about the User GUI I suppose we could have a run down of each function etc.. but that is still in beta so when Einar release's it publicly it may have something like that in it.

yeah i was talking about more info then the instruction sheet and if we discover things that are not on it, so we all could tribute to make a more advanced instruction sheet for people like me who also like to think outside the box and try out more stuff.

for example:
i use the auto hold breath on sniper. when i select this, just player one led is lid. if i then press the right tac player four is lid and i also get rapid fire right? okay
i then can also press the left tac, don't now what this would do yet.
what i understand is that if i use my fal with thermal and auto hold breath and then also turn on the left tac on mode four then i also have the fast reload. but wat if i do this and also have the right tac one, so then player 1, 3 and 4 is lid would this mean that i would have auto hold breath, fast relaod and rapid fire. i know i can figure this out by myself but this is the example i'm making.

also in the instruction sheet there's two sections, the works and the turbo sniper glitch. but it's not very clear what's the difference except that the turbo sniper is especially for the sec-ops.

and for the relaod glitch i would love to see the UMP45 or the Spas-12

the ump is the same speed as the FAL and u cant reload glitch the Spas

okay, so that's my point of this topic, because where could i find this info if you didn't tell me.

so how can i get fast reload on my spas?

okay the UMP i could find in the works part of the tutorial. but not the spas.

so maybe one of the administrators can make a sticky tutorial of everything possible. we can then reply new things we discover and then they can update it with that so eventually we have a sticky with pretty much everything in it. that ws the idea i had.

so how can i get fast reload on my spas?

okay the UMP i could find in the works part of the tutorial. but not the spas.

It is impossibe to do fast reload for any gun with an interuptible reload. SPAS has an interuptible reload. The only thing possible would be to make the left tact a double tap of switch weapons, and activate it when the SPAS has all of the bullets loaded.

okay, i looked there but that's more additional stuff right. I'm talking about a more advanced manual like on the webpage but with all extra additions. so you start a sticky with the manual that's on the webpage. then every time you guys add new things you'll also update the sticky. and if someone discovers something new that also works then he can reply it in the manual topic and you guys add that to the sticky manual.

this will make it very easy to fully understand the possibilities of our controller. so for example if tommorow i buy a raven, then i'll come to this forum and see a sticky named "Viking manual", that's then the first place i'm going to check. it's not that the manual on the webpage isn't good, but it's only the basics and there's more in this viking controllers then written there.

i understand you guys are very busy, that's the price for making the best controller there is , so i'm not trying to be a pain, just trying to tribute to viking cause i'm a happy customer allready after two days.

He has that in the sense of different time increments. Then you can set your own. He has them ranked as number settings, 1 to 100 I beleive.
