I Ordered the Macro Controller about 10 days ago and the money went thouh but we didn't receive an email and a contoller hasn't come in yet.

More than likely you entered the wrong email (got a letter or number mixed up).
Just to make sure check your spam, and if you didn't get 3 day shipping it could take two weeks or more depending on where you are.

If you didn't get a confirmation email from viking360.com then one of two things are wrong your payment didn't go threw or check you spam. Also it depends on where you are located in or out of the USA if in the USA then depending on what your shipping option you chose it should take that amount of time ex if you took 3 day shipping then it will take 4 days because 1 day to process the order, If you are out side the USA it will take a lot longer because of where you are located. Hope I helped

Few things.

1. You entered the wrong e-mail.
2. You entered the correct e-mail and the order didn't go through for whatever reason.

Depending on where you live, it can take a long time or a short time to come to your house. It also depends on the shipping option you chose.

One of the two has to be wrong. You must have messed up the e-mail, or the e-mail went to your spam and you haven't located. Or the order didn't go through.

E-mail those 2 names I gave you and you'll get an answer.

We checked up on this order, all transactions were declined. There were about 10-12 transactions. The first one or two transactions failed because our credit card payment gateway could not match your billing address. The rest of the transactions failed due to your bank putting up some kind of fraud filter (too many declined transactions).

If your bank is indeed holding these funds, you should contact your bank and dispute the charge - on our end we do not have the funds and all transactions were declined.

This is not uncommon for international customers and we highly recommend using PayPal on checkout. Banks + international transactions = not very friendly :-(.
