Need some help with the forge

Hello, I purchased a beserker controller about a year ago and just started getting back into gaming recently. I tried to log onto the force to get a rune pack for battlefield 4 and it's not letting me log in. I used the same password given to me by email. Is there a way to change this myself because I already emailed support about this? Thank you

E-mail support they can do a manual password reset.

Remember that your user name is also case sensitive. If you used capital letters in your order e-mail when ordering, those carried right on over to the Forge login. Also if you had changed your Forge username and forgot we can look that up. If you changed your name then your login is the new name you picked and not your e-mail. In any case, just open up a ticket with support.
