No JITTER MOD on my thors hammer

So i got the thors hammer and the jitter mode doesnt seem to work. I use it with the m16 but all it does is just makes it so i hold the right trigger to shoot but no jitter mode and i do have it on the right mode. Any suggestions?

YOU DO NOT HAVE IT ON THE RIGHT MODE......

From what you just told us, you are on one of the rapid-fire modes....

Also what pre-set are you using? That would help if you gave us some more information instead of just saying, "hey jitter mode doesn't work."
