Odingalts new controller

You guys in the USA must really suffer with your usps system, I mailed odingalts new controller last Friday (4th) from the UK, it arrived in San Francisco on Sat. 5th, it stayed there until the 10th, and it STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED AT THE VIKING SHOP !!!!!! One day to cross the Atlantic and 6 days to travel nowhere, WTF !!!
To make it worse, I tried to call them at customer service to find out wtf was going on ... put on hold for 37 mins, so gave up .... your postal system sucks ....
Rebuttals or explanations are welcome, but I wish I knew what was going on, tracking tells me it has just left SF today ..... do they deliver on a Saturday, I suppose it matters not unless odingalt works on a Sat ....

Yes USPS does suck. There tracking system is the worst. IMO U.P.S is much better but also much mire expensive.

cannot use ups from the UK, will use fedex in future ....

I know someone who worked a Ups Might have been fedex for like 8 years maybe i can get you a slight discount next time you need to ship something

Thank you, but I can manage the costs as they are, it is the reliability that I question.

AT LAST, tracking tells me it is delivered, sadly I doubt the man himself is working today, so he won't see it until Monday ......
