Hi to any mods that can help me out. I have been trying for the last 3 days to purchase a controller from you and i have had the correct funds in my bank account. paypall and your site has been declining my card (tried the visa option) now today i went to shop and it got declined again so i called up the bank and they said that the funds have £230 being taken out. Can some one have a look and see if my order went through as there is nothing no bills no direct debits on that bank account and this is the only site i have tried to purchase a product not even used my bank cards in the shops bar today. I have to wait a couple of days for the bank to tell me it was ether paypall or this site that has taken the funds. Paypall shows nothing btw not incomings and no outgoings. So could some one see if the order went through as i have had no receipt or no email.
Sorry if in wrong thread i just made the account as i tried to open a ticket but it says i had to have bought the pad?
Thanks Craig

If you didn't get a confirmation code, and you didn't receive an automatic e-mail receipt, then the order did not go through. The funds were not taken out. The funds are being held on a temporary authorization. Once your bank's computers bother figuring that out, they'll return the funds into your account. If all else fails you can call your bank to dispute the transaction. They will then escalate the issue to someone above the call center agent who actually knows how banking works. That person will realize that it is just a temporary authorization and maybe can get the funds released even sooner.
