Ordered but no account!??

Hi,

Hope someone at Viking reads this. I ordered my controller on the 14th and used paypal to do so. It never asked me to create an account (i still have a reciept in paypal) and now i can not track my order or log in to track i bassically dont have an account setup.

What can i do?

When I ordered mine with paypal Odingalt PM'd me and manually created the account

hmmm yeah i got an e-mail but it said just started using paypal and asked if i had got my details. I have mailed them back to say no but nothing. Hmmm.... Cheers for looking though pal

Same problem here, orderered the controller using paypal on 13th november, but didn't received any account details.
I got the email with my account details thx.

We have been e-mailing with two customers, one from uk and one from Germany, if this is you, please keep e-mailing as our web team should have linked your accounts with your order status today, you should have your account details and should be able to submit support tickets.

If you didn't get the automated e-mail check your spam folders and be sure to check the e-mail address you provided when you originally ordered.
