We don't approve macros that don't have text in the comments box, which could be why yours was never approved. They must have a description before we approve them for the library, otherwise there's no way for other customers to understand what it is the macro is supposed to do for them when they are browsing.

We have two macro library admins as well as myself, so you can bug me, Blackburn or Ben here any time you think it's taking us too long to approve the macro. I encourage everyone to use the library as much as possible for the benefit of all. It's nice to work it out here in the forums but the library should be the 'master' repository for this stuff.

I think it's when you save your macro in the software. It gives you the option to change the name and add a description, no?

Correct. Although I was also going to look at developing the on-line library to allow one to change the description after uploading. This would let you make changes 'at the last minute' and would also allow me to tweak the comments if necessary. Was actually going to bring this up at a meeting with the web developer tomorrow to see how much work/cost it would be to get this going. The macro files are encrypted which adds some work, then there's bug testing of course to make sure we don't inadvertently fry the entire macro library

I guess when the customer said 'now what?' NYJETS took that to mean he could hijack the thread (like every other thread he has hijacked in these forums), fill in the blank with anything he wanted.

Obo how about you go moderator and clean this place up lol

k lol, sounds like a plan

(I honestly thought you accidentally like merged two posts or something by accident when posting; Stranger things have happened on these forums lol)

In NYJETS'S defense though, he's created some pretty useful macro's for Black Ops. So i can't hate him toooo much ;)
