Ordering Problems

Hi I ordered my macro controller last sunday and never received any emails about confirming my purchase or any tracking info, im just wondering if someone can tell me if my order was declined or something so that i can reorder. the order was under gallagher

I see no orders, or declined transactions, under our shopping cart system nor Authorize.net (credit card processing gateway) under Gallagher.

FYI to potential customers, Confirmation e-mails, receipts, support account login info, updated tracking info, etc. is all sent to your e-mail address immediately when a purchase is made. If you don't see a big shiny order confirmation page with a confirmation number on it, and you don't receive a confirmation e-mails within two minutes, your order wasn't completed.
