Hey guys! I ordered the Viking360 macro controller yesterday and when i ordered it it said that my card has been declined due to an avs mismatch(I am shipping it to my cousin) and when I called my Credit Card Company it said it went through but I did not get a log on I am very worried because I didn't even get an email from you guys but they said it went through.Please help me!

If your credit card is declined due to an AVS mismatch, this means that the billing address you provided is not matching up with the address that the bank has associated with your credit card. This could be due to a typo when entering in your billing address, or if you've recently moved the bank may not have updated the address on the card.

Possibly your bank is holding the funds, and your credit card said the order went through because of this. My guess is they will release the funds in a few days, and it will go back to you. We won't get the money, so you aren't paying for something you won't receive. Can you have your cousin order the controller? The billing address must be exact, and must be the shipping address as well.
