perfect noscope wont work

i need help i have the preset editor with the noscope but when i go to use it i press the left trigger and nothing happens help

Have you successfuly used the preset editor before? Also, if you have a raven, it can be mapped to a tac switch. You also need to be in the right mode to use it.
