I bought an Odin's Raven about a month ago with the extra jack so that I could still use a Pnc. The controller will only work when the cable is plugged in, and the battery will not charge at all. I've been trying to contact customer support to open a support ticket, but I put my email address into the password reset screen and it never sends me a new password. I have tried this every day for the last week, but it just will not work. On that page it says that if I am still having problems I should contact customer support, but it doesnt give me an email address, phone number, or even a street address, so I'm not sure what I am supposed to do.
