Preset editor fast reload glitch

Well, i have a question about how to customize this glitch... i just don't get it?

What does the delay mean? The higher is it is the faster it reloads, or what?

Does the custom delay work with all guns?

And how does dropshot work on the thor's hammer?

The custum delay works with all guns, SOH or not. There is a chart here: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1002&start=0 It's user made, so it's not guananteed to be perfect, but people who tried them said he did a good job.

Also the higher the number the longer it waits before actually doing the glitch
