We only have 6 silver shells with CG2 circuit boards left. We took another 50 of our silver shells and sent them out for painting. If we try to buy more silver controllers, they would contain the Matrix 2 circuit board, which is not compatible with our macro modchip. Basically we're going to keep the basic blacks down under $200 and price everything else higher as we start to run out. Basically, our current goal is to price the controllers in such a way that it will take us 12 months to sell the last 500.
It's no consolation to prospective customers, but I always go back to making the comparison or our Macro controller to the Evil Master Mod which used to sell for $299 base price.
As a reminder, we will be releasing a MUCH cheaper USB-enabled rapidfire controller this Fall. So if your game is Black Ops or MW3, stay tuned for that cheaper controller, as it will be designed around Call of Duty. While it won't be a macro controller, we're going to do our best to bring you something that's better than the competition and priced a lot more competetively!
