You shouldn't need your account login details to download the software, firmware updates or the macros. Just go to www.viking360.com, hover over Downloads, and click on The Viking Software. On the page that pops up, click on the download link. It might help if you Right-click and choose "Save As". This way you can tell your computer where to put the software when it downloads.

As a side note, you should have received an order confirmation e-mail and an account login detail e-mail immediately after your purchase went through. If you have not received these, check your e-mail's spam folders. If they are not there, then there's a good chance you didn't click SUBMIT on the last page and you order was never actually placed. Or, you may have mis-entered your e-mail address, which means the order confirmation or account login details went to the wrong e-mail address.

when i click on macro software a page appears which shows a link to download macro software but this is immediately covered by another page which dos"nt have a download link and tells you if you are looking for legacy software you are on the wrong page go to macro page

i did receive customer receipt/purchase confirmation and order confirmation also tracking information for delivery tomorrow but i did not see any login details, as i receive my controller tomorrow i am desperate to get going, but i must say that in the short time i have been on this forum people have been very helpful and friendly and im sure ill get there in the end i must admit i am not that
experienced with computers, once again thanks for the help, chris

the page i get up when i click on downloads/macro soft ware is a different page than the one shown on the video tutorial this seems to be my problem hope this makes sense, chris.
