Hello
I bought 6 of your KIT, I went(took) up a KIT but is recognized not my computer, I am under Windows Vista 64.
On the lever I have the led 3 and 4 which flashes but one time in game(set, play) nothing of it passes.

Quite the welds are correctly made, I see not where from comes the problem.

The DIY kit comes programmed with 'sleeper button test code'.

You configure as 'sleeper' or as 'duo'? If you configure as duo, I recommend that you upload the 'duo button test code'.

Test code:

Player 4 LED flashes 1x - Left thumbstick
Player 4 LED flashes 2x - Left bumper
Player 4 LED flashes 3x - Right bumper
Player 4 LED flashes 4x - Right Thumbstick

Player 3 LED flashes 1x - X
Player 3 LED flashes 2x - Y
Player 3 LED flashes 3x - B
Player 3 LED flashes 4x - A

Player 4 LED flashes 5x - Sync (for sleeper), or right-tac (for duo)
Player 3 LED flashes 5x - Left-tac (for duo only)

Player 3 LED flashes 1x then player 4 LED flashes 1x - Left Trigger
Player 3, Player 4, Player 3, Player 4 - Right trigger

If I'm hearing you right, when your controller is connected to your PC some of the LED's are blinking???

When you are testing your controller you should not have it connected to your PC, because when it is connected the mod chip is thinking one of the pins is shorted but it is not you just have to disconnect your controller from your PC and turn off controller then turn it back on....

If this did not answer your question please post again and explain more in detail step by step of where your problem is accruing and then we will be better able to assist you.....

Thanks.......

Hey this might be a stupid question, but do you have the USB key connected the right way to the board, because if it is not connected right the PC wont recognize it......

How many programming/usb pins are on the chip? 3 or 4?

*The chip must be powered from the controller.
*Be sure you plug in the USB with the correct polarity.

Can you provide pictures ?

Check I am going to try.
I went(took) up 3 KIT on 3 levers nobody works, led 3 and 4 flashes, but levers are not recognized by Windows Vista 64bits.

Why led 3 and 4 flash all the time?
Why Windows Vista 64 bits do not recognize levers?

http://www.dailymotion.com/XxPadBoxX/video/16603274

Codes:

LED4 x1 - LEFT THUMBSTICK.
LED4 x2 - LEFT BUMPER.
LED4 x3 - RIGHT BUMPER.
LED4 x4 - RIGHT THUMBSTICK.

LED3 x1 - BUTTON X (BLUE)
LED3 x2 - BUTTON Y (YELLOW)
LED3 x3 - BUTTON B (ORANGE)
LED3 x4 - BUTTON A (GREEN)

LED4 X5 - Sync button (for SLEEPERS), OR, Right tactile (for DUOS)

LED3/LED4 sequence - LEFT TRIGGER
LED3/LED4/LED3/LED4 sequence - RIGHT TRIGGER

In your video I see:

LED4 3x - You have a problem with RIGHT BUMPER.
LED4 4x - You have a problem with RIGHT THUMSTICK.
LED3 1x - You have a problem with BUTTON X
LED3 2x - You have a problem with BUTTON Y
LED3 3x - You have a problem with BUTTON B
LED3 4x - You have a problem with BUTTON A

Correct.

If button is not connected, error code will appear.

Great news! :) Yes, a reminder, to put chip into programming mode:

SLEEPER: Remove batteries to power off controller. Hold SYNC button, power up controller. Plug in USB.

DUO: Remove batteries to power off controller. Hold RIGHT TACTILE button, power up controller. Plug in USB.
