Problems Ordering Viking

Hello, I am posting this topic because I am currently unable to order the Viking. I live on the East Coast, United States and am attempting to order the viking but i am having trouble as it seems like a revolving door.

I went to buy the Viking Black and put down all my information but unfortunately there was only one address slot. You see my my credit card billing address is attached to my P.O Box and i understand that Viking does not ship to P.O boxes which should be fine but there isn't a place to separately put down my billing address from my shipping address, so my credit card will not accept the purchase. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this.

Since viking360 is so small, they have to prevent fraud or they will go bankrupt. When they allowed credit cards to have seperate billing addresses from shipping addresses, they had a ton of chargebacks and what not. Now, they don't since they don't allow this.

Your best bet is to go to the supermarket and buy a prepaid visa card or whatever you like ($200). You can then purchase the viking360 no problem.

Yes, unfortunately we have our credit card gateway set up to only ship to the same address as your billing address.

Which causes a problem for people who have a PO box as a billing address, as we ship using UPS, but UPS doesn't allow PO boxes. :-x
