program mode?

thor will not go into programming mode anymore just turns on. cannot switch modes or turn rapid fire on or off. batteries are good. can anyone help?

It might have to do with your sync button. everything you are saying is not working is connected to the sync button so that is most likely it . I would open a support ticket because that does not sound like a software malfunction. Unless anyone else thinks it is something else...
