Red light when erasing/downloading new rune into controller

Hey,

On my controller, instead of all 4 lights being purple when connected to the windows app for erasing/downloading new rune packs, the top right hand corner light is flashing red while the other three are purple. Does that happen with anyone else?

Not heard of that one, does it still do what its supposed to, programs properly ? If so, then its a fault, suggest you start a support ticket, personally though, if mine did that but it all worked then it wouldn't bother me ....

It sounds like a dead blue LED. I believe blue + red = purple. If it's flashing red instead of purple it seems that the blue is missing. You can test by creating a dummy page that makes all four LED's blue to test for any burned out blue LED's.

[Which if it is, is a sad shame, I know the gal down at the shop spends a boat load of time running the controller through a bunch of testing (including LED color testing) before packing and shipping these Berserkers!]

It happens. LEDS usually either burn out fast or last forever.
