refund policy or cancelling payment

i was wondering what is the refund/returnn policy.
or how to cancel a payment before its to late?
i tried pming the admin but he hasnt responded yet.

Well you bought a controller so you should have gotten an account for the support ticket system so ask for a refund there if they haven't already shipped your item.

I believe we got this one cancelled. We had one customer write over the weekend, we didn't get the memo until Monday Got it cancelled.
