I had a minor issue with my new 360. The left trigger and bumper weren't smooth enough to my liking. I opened up a ticket, they offered to fix my controller at their expense (shipping included), fixed it, shipped it, and within 10 days total I was back in business! No questions, no excuses, no hassle.... just good ole honest SERVICE.

You guys are terrific, and you have won a loyal customer for (I hope) many years to come.

Glad to hear the controller is up to snuff now. Many apologies from us that it wasn't in 100% top condition when it was shipped the first time!
