Shipping Times

Hello Viking Forums,

I've purchased an Odin's Raven (Black and red LED's) and im so pumped about getting it, and it says priority mailing is 2 - 3 days. I was wondering if there is an installation period? I know some sites take around a week for the install, then ship it out. Is this the case at viking 360? I'm just really anxious

Hi,

I'm 99% sure they make the controllers up straight away after receiving your order, if not the next day. When the controller is shipped you should get a email containing the tracking information

i was wondering cause i ordered my thor's hammer on a friday and wanted to know if they ship on saturdays.

I ordered my "Thor's hammer" controller on Tuesday(Feb 9th) and it showed up today(Feb 13). It was shipped on the 11th I believe; so I would say a day or so then they ship it out.

We used to ship Saturdays, we don't ship on Saturdays any more. If you order Friday we ship out Monday. Any orders received by 5pm ship out the next business day. So our install turnaround time is about 24 hours.
