should i return my evil controller for a viking 360

Personally for me its a no brainer, I definitely would however do whatever you feel like doing. If you want more out of a controller then go for the viking macro controller if it doesnt really matter too much to you then stay with the evil. If it were me though I would definitely return it.
You have to try and look at it this way. The macro controller costs more but its almost like you really have 16 controllers that can do different functions. I'll explain, I believe currently the macro has 16 pages...meaning on each page you can COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZE the buttons. Then say you want a completely different setup...well click a button on now your on a NEW page.
But wait....there's more.....
As new games come out, you can adjust the macro to that game. It really is endless the amount of cool things you can do with it. However, I dont know about you. But I'm not that tech smart....Well, let me correct that....I thought I was until I got this controller and it kinda smacked me in the face and woke me up a bit. But its Soooooo worth the time it takes to learn it. And plus the community here is freaking great. Lots of people willing to explain and even make the macro for you. (hint, ask MJ23KB24 he will make it but dont tell him I sent you)
so when you figure in how many controllers you are really getting and put a price on how long this controller will last, cause it can adapt to just about any game....its really worth it.
Oh and one last thing...Evil may have some really cool bling bling on their controllers and to be honest, I didnt want to spend so much for a plain black one. But 1. who really is going to see it but me and 2. I would much....MUCH...rather have a plain black, while reading ALL the HATE mail...from becoming a beast with this controller.
