Hi

I bought a macrocontroller 2 week ago. When I received the button does not start, does nothing. I opened a ticket, I'm told there's a man in the UK. He will fix it free.
Nobody gives a solution to the problem.
I have spent much money on this controller not to use it.
The customer service seems very poor, at least for residents outside the U.S..

I will keep informed as to know something.

Today I received the controller. The good news ends there. I have to pay
25.38 extra to give it to me. I paid very angry but I paid.
I am attaching the link with the scanning of payment.

I opened the box.
I have taken command of the package. Surprise when I connect to xbox or PC does not come
no light, with or without battery.
What you give me solution?
My forum user addition macroplayer fails again.
I believe that this situation is a mass of circumstances and is not a
scam.
Thanks
xboxkiller,
We do not ship the controller as a "gift" as that is illegal because it is NOT a gift, you purchased it from us. You live in another country and it is your responsibility to pay any taxes or fees that that country applies to any import items. You should have been aware of this before you purchased from us.
"when I connect to xbox or PC does not come no light, with or without battery" First of all when you connect the controller without a battery there should be no lights as the controller has no power. You say there are no lights when you connect to the PC or Xbox. Have you followed our video instructions (Viking360.com/Support/Video Tutorials) exactly on how to put the controller into programming mode and upload new macros to the controller? If you have followed the video instructions exactly does the controller go into programming mode and does the computer recognize the controller? Are you able to upload macros to the controller even though there are no lights when you actually plug the controller into the computer?
Only with more detailed information from you can we help to understand what the problem may be an how we can help fix it.
The forums were down over the weekend and in order to access them you need to reset your password.

Hi xboxkiller,
IF you already watch the video and controller is not working? ;-(
We are in United States. But we also have repair man in United Kingdom. We are very sorry for this problem.
Maybe we can make cheap shipping by sending the controller to United Kingdom repair man for free repairs?

Alright, so do this for me.

Take 2 AA brand new batteries.
Put them into the battery pack.

Take the batteries out of the controller.

Hold start on the controller.

Put the batteries in while holding start.

2 LEDs should turn on.

If they don't try new AA batteries, keep trying.

Repeat.

If you still can't get the LEDs to come on, then do this.

Hold start on the controller - put the batteries in and keep holding start.

Make sure you have the latest software. http://viking360.com/download-software-drivers/the-viking-software-record-and-playback-moves

Plug the controller in with the macro software opened.

Let me know if the computer recognizes the controller! It must be plugged in and the software open. It should say controller connected.

Make sure you are using a 100% legitimate windows computer as well.

Thanks for your information
BUT
What warranty? I'm waitting 1 week & nobody tell me, where I send my broke controller.

The warranty of this product only exist until you need it. But have problems the product is good for sure, but as you have a problem forget about you.

Thanks NYjetsNY1

This transaction was disputed in PayPal. Since you have disputed the transaction, we can't process warranty requests until the dispute has been resolved.

Our ticket reply was slow because we needed to confirm with Ben if he was available for repairs and what his rate would be as we need to reimburse him for his work. About 24 hours later the customer opened a significantly-not-as-described dispute. Strangely, PayPal allowed him to ask for a $90 refund rather than for the full amount. Until myself or an authorized technician of Viking360 can actually get the controller in their hands to confirm a.) it's really broke and b.) the warranty void sticker is not tampered with, there's nothing we can do. This is standard RMA policy you'll find with any other internet vendor.
