Hi just an estimate on when i will recieve it, i have had no emails from you at all! i ordered it 24 days ago nw, whats going on when will i get my product.
sorry if this sound like i am annoyed iam not if thiers a problem or sumthin it would be nice to have an email thts get back to me asap (Ordered the serpent u held one for me)

yes checked that lol, is thier any news on when it will arrive, i ordered the controller on the 24th september 2010 and i live in the UK

Dude are you blind I just posted the tracking link, it's in UK customs, call your local branch with that tracking number if you need more info.

Parcel force will deal with it now.

If it has any custom charges on it they will send you a letter first and then you just have to ring them up when you get it and pay (can do it online aswell). Then you will get it a few days later.

They're supposed to transfer to royal mail and then deliver like your normal mail but sometimes it seems customers don't get the notice or they hold it at the local post, now that you know it's in the country I would just bother your local rep so they don't send it back on you, just in case.
